rite...... i recently had my clutch done and all is fine with that and works great but when i was doing the clutch i got a set of kam racing stainless linkages. ever since it seems to grind going into 1st and 2nd gear its not a long grind just a slight grind before it engages cant hear it but can feel it in the gear knob.. am i missing something or do the linkages need adjusting?
grinding going into gears?

#2bump!!
can any one help? -
#3only thing i can suggest is being under the car, then having someone change gear to see if anythings rubbing, if not, it's something to do with the gearbox :s
-
#4syncros sound nakered buy a good quality oil, drop the old stuff and replace it with the good stuff this might help it get you a few more thousand miles out of it
-
#5Were they adjustable? You can check the lengths are correct with a tape measure
-
#6yes there adjustable but i have nothing to compare them to as the old ones were bent and a ball snapped from one don't think it can be the syncro's as the box was rebuilt in august with new syncro's and a full bearing set.
its also running on the gear box oil from citroen. -
#7since you did the clutch? doesnt fitting the lower engine mount upside down cause 1st and 2nd gear issues iirc , correct me if im wrong

#8its the correct way around mate.
