Ciggy lighter is broken :( :(

   Hello..
   
   The ciggy lighter in my 2001 1.1 desires broken
   
   Now I gave up smoking January this year but I need it to power my Sat Nav...
   
   Anyone got any ideas what it might be? It looks a bit black inside the whole of the ciggy lighter where the tube fits in... not sure if somthings burnt out or if its just dirty from ciggy ash ...
   
   Would it be easy to fix if somthing just simple or is it gona be a pain in the arse getting the dashboard off... ect?

   Oh yeah, Do you know which one it is? Or are they all labeled or somthing? Its in the bonnet near the engine right?

   Fuses(yes there are fuses under the bonnet)but the fuse you want is in another fuse box below the passenger side of the dash just pull off the square plastic piece.

   From memory, it is the 20a (yellow) fuse on the bottom row, second from the right.
