   Worth fitting Newman ones if only using PH3's?
   
   I am Replacing every wearable part in engine so thought why not?
   
   Will they affect use if rum with standard cams for a little while?

   You mean valve spring, and that would be up to you depending on the condition of the old, the milage the engine had done,
