   on the post part where you write click the icon on the end (a picture of a tree) a box pops up and says url, thats where you enter the web address of the picture, to get your own pictures on there you upload them try www.imageshack.us
   and they will give you a link that ou can put into that box that appears and your image will be displayed, hope you can understand all that
