Lowering! HELP!

   Ok i just bought some lowering springs and need them fitting. I am quite mechanically minded but would really need some help from someone who knows exactly what theyre doing.
   
   Could anyone give us a hand fiiting them and lowering the torsion bar in birmingham? i dont mind a little travlling if needs be?

   if you dont mind traveling lee_vtr and willsy are highly recomended in nuneaton mate they done mine
