slim line fan

   where would be the best place to take the signal from when wiring up the new slimline fan.
   mk1 saxo where it has the big temp sensor in the rad,
   fan is being rewired completely due to loom removal???

   Are you running it via a switch or are you getting a pacet fan controller to put in one of the hoses?

   I think he's looking for some were to place a temp sender unit ,eg rad hose it somewhere similar.

   Best place would be as above, the pacet systems. With the section that goes in between 2 hoses

   if thats the route you go down then get the adjustable one.
   Then you can mark the housing and alter the cut in temp for various situations, like every day driving you would want it kicking in higher than if your on track.

   i still have the standard wiring it has just been relocated, but i have a spal slimline with gmc rad. just wandering where the original fan takes its signal from.
