running probs

   hiy startedmy vtr last night and it ran fine for a few secons then started to sound really rough as if not on all cylinders so fuel light on so though might be that got some fuel and still the same.sounded like the backbox had been blocked up or the insides colapse as it was quite loud.so took backbox off today and still the same was wondering if it could be the coil pack or is there something else it could be cheers for any help on this

   unsure m8 only had it a couple of weeks
