Losing power

   i am driving along today and i put my foot down but lose power for a second or 2 then the powers back and it starts going like it should,
   
   does any1 have any idea what the crack is with this? i am goin to clean my idle control valve at the weekend is that the problem or is it more than likely going to be something else?
   
   help me please people

   does it drop and rise on idle?? yeah clean valve,if not plugs, and air filter,make sure air filter is tight and no leaks

   yes mate it does, so thats the problem i need to clean the icv cheers thought it was but thought i wud make sure cheers mate
