Saxo Headlights adjustment

    Hiya!

    I've had my car MOT'd recently but they've changed the settings for my headlights.

    I can still adjust the height of them but they don't go up as high as they used to.

    How can I change the height? I was thinking of adjusting the switch so they are as high as poss then unplug the motor connection to do this the turn the adjusting switch in the car down a couple of notches then plug the adjustment motor back in again.

    Is it that simple or is it more technical?

    ps. I'm a girl but willing to learn!

    heyy, have they touched your bulbs ?? i would go back and go nuts at them

    They havnt adjusted them for the worse.They have adjusted them to meet the required settings to pass its mot.

    Leave them as they are or you will just be another 1 of them annoying drivers that blind the oncoming traffic with your headlights pointing at the moon.

    I need them higher when I drive to my boyfriends house down narrow lanes - on tight bends you need to dip but also enough height on the light. Otherwise they are always set lower

    Thats nothing to do with the adjustment,thats just shit bulbs.

    Why dont you just use your main beam while driving down dark dippy narrow lanes?
