EDIT : Took off rocker cover to find this..

   Took the rocker cover off to spray it looked on the oily side round the filler cap and their is that white stuff when your headgasket has usually gone.
   
   What's your thoughts?

   it will run wont be a problem but may leak a bit of oil out the cap

   yeah it'll run, isnt that tray thingy so the oil can drip back onto the tappets while the cars running? if you run it without you'll probably end up with oil seeping out the oil filler cap
