airbag light

    Any easy way of permanently getting it off? Had an auto electrician out today to sort the sender/fuel gauge/rear lights and fogs today. He said it'd be the spinny unit thing behind the steering wheel as it's a permanent fault that's not to do with pretensioners etc.

    So...minus taking the dash off...any easier way? It's a minor annoyance

    You don't need to take the dash off to get to it. Just the steering wheel and surrounding parts.

    if it's not the pretensioners, then the only options left are...

    1) Black tape over the light (bodge)
    2) Dash clocks out and remove the bulb completely.

    this works, however bear in mind that if you do have an accident, you'll probably end up in a world of pain as your air bag wont deploy...
