Ok, so recently i have drained my coolant as i wasn't sure if the previous owner had any anti freeze in there, so drained it all and put a mixture of anti freeze and water into the coolant a few days ago.
    everything seemed ok.

Then today i start her up and i can hear a bit of bubbling, like water is coming out from somewhere... didnt think any thing of it as it stopped after 10 secs or so.

Coming home today started her up again and could hear this bubbling again but louder, not when it was idle, but when i was moving or revving the engine.

so i left it idle, had a look in the engine bay, no sign of any water or leaking/bubbling, got back into the car revved at the same thing happened, horrible water leak/bubbling sound coming from inside the engine.

All i can think of is there is stil some air left in the coolant so is making it bubble up.

Any other ideas/know what the problem may be?

You know where the throttle is in your engine so you can test it outside?

Also if it sounds more like running water, could have an air lock

Yeah as said, it might need bleeding.

The water you can hear is going through your heater matrix - at least your pump is working

The 3 bleed points on a saxo are where you get rid of air locks using water and gravity..

See guide and shout if you need anything bro!

Did you try finding the throttle and trying it from out side the caR?
