Front speakers wont fit properly

   i got some Fli intergrator 5's (temporary till after new year), all four corners match up to the holes in the doors so i got the right sizes..but for the screws to keep the speaker in the door they given these little metal clips with them, which dont fit, theyre not long enough to reach to the hole to put the screw through.
   
   ive tried bending the clips but the speaker in the magnet on the back attracts all of the clips too it when i put it in! is there any other way to screw the speakers into the door without damaging anything?

   use bigger screws

   The holes in the door don't have a thread going through it, plus I have no screws that are bigger than the original screws but are small enough to fit.

   1/4" Self drilling screws.

   yea use self tappers man, any hardware store will have them
