occasionally when i get in my car and start it up the indicator noise clicks fast, no lights flash outside the car or on the dashboard and this goes on and off and stops when i wiggle the indicator arm arround. I have been told it could be that one of the bulbs has gone but i put on my hazzards and all of the bulbs work fine and this would not explain why it goes off when i fiddle the arm. has this happened to anyone before? what could it be? what should i do? please help.

#3is the flasher unit is bust, take the flasher unit out, wipe the terminals and put it back in, see if that works.
-
#4...or it could be a dodgy relay in your fusebox located under glovebox. Try another one from your local scrappies.
-
#6Well put the hazzards on, open the relay/fuse box.
Feel which relay is "clicking" can feel it easy. Turn Hazzards off pull it out, wipe it with a dry cloth. Put it back in the hole. Simples. If that dont solve the problem then you may need a new one. Other than that. Im stumped lol, I had the same problem not long ago. as simple clean of the connections did it -
#7Its usually your actual indicator stalk. Common fault (what isn't on a pug/saxo lol).

I got the cover off around the back of the steering wheel, but looks like i need to take off the steering wheel just to get at the casing the houses the terminals,
Any threads on here of how to take them out, -
#12+1. Usually triggered by too much humidity. Get a hair dryer, point it towards your stalk, see if it fixes the problemQuote:Its usually your actual indicator stalk. Common fault (what isn't on a pug/saxo lol).
Easily fixed on a 106 since you can actually point the center blower straight towards the stalk. Indeed a common fault on every peugeot / citroen cars. -
#13indicator stalk, fit quite a few to cure this very problem

#15Indicator Stalk was loose on mine,
I took the two panels off, under and around the steering wheel was just 2 starhead screws. then there is 2 more screws at the bottom of the stalk, I took them out to replace the stalk and noticed one was just loose, So I tighten mine up and hey presto it works fine.. Well chuffed lol -
