lighting problems?

   hi my interior lights like dashboard and heater lights and cigerette lighter light also my rings on my angels didnt work for several weeks at all then got in my car today and they work now but only when i brake? also my rear right light doesnt work my brake light does but rest doesnt i changed bulbs but no luck and that only started earlier this afternoon?
   
   help me!!

   The lights coming on when you brake sounds like an earth issue?
   
   Again with the third brake light, check the earth points in the rear lights.

   Same happened to me last year its a dodgy earth in the high level brake light I bought a used 1 off ebay & it fixed it straight away.

   how do i check if it is the earth?

   With my car I took the high level brake unit apart & their was a tiny crack in the lighting board & i was causing a short.
