Thanks for looking for a start (Y)

    Basicly i have a Y Red 2001 Phase 2 citroen saxo VTR,

i'am looking to buy a race manifold but i'm confused on the postion on my cat converter because it is practicly on my down pipe, and i thought the manifold comes down like a down pipe connects to another pipe under the car which connects to a cat

I'm reaaaallyy sorry for the really bad diagram of my exhaust layout, might help if you can read brail,

so if your still confused all i asking is will i be able to put a performance manifold with my weird cat layout or will i have to move it or am i being extremely stupid please help.

    many thanks

hi mate you can fit a race man insted of the tiny man+cat or if you still want a cat you will need a mk1 cat and center section as the mk1s had the cat underneth hope this helps

im glad someone else is up silly o'clock lol

i need a cat lol do you know if i will be able to fit a mk1 cat without too much trouble?

why you woud want a race mani and keep the cat is beond me cos the ten brk gained wit cat compered to bout 30 - cat but to do it with a cat you will need a phase 1 (mk1) race mani mk1 cat and mk1 center pipeto fit the cat to or fit a phase2 race mani and do away with cat and it will fit straight on

Wat i would do is not use the cat at all as this dose reduse proformans. I would jsut keep you manycat and wen car comes up for mot stick it on! Then put other one back on may take yout 10 mins each time but thats only 10 mins every year! better option. Wat i would do

Sorry about spelling i no its bad People dont need to tell me.

if u have a bit of dosh spare invest in a janspeed 4-2-1 mani with sports cat, still gives gains, noise and passes mot's.
