I got a vts, and looking into quickshift kits.. Most of which i found are Inexpensive, I was just wondering if its worth buying and fitting a kit to my car. If so how much will it improve gear change by?
cheers.

it wont improve ur gearchange, u still have to move the arm on the gearbox, well mibi a tiny bit but little to none, all it will do is reduce the throw, making it feel faster........

IMO, gear changes were made like that for a reason, it takes a certain time for a clutch to go in and a gear to be selected in the box. Quickshifts are basically throwing the gear into position slightly earlier than they should
