  1. #1
what would a front upper strt brace do for my vts??
  2. #2
a bar bolted to the top of two opposing struts, It ties them together to form a more rigid car better handling ect
  3. #3
chears buddy... wot diffference will i see??
  4. #4
just better cornering not as much roll in the car on bends really
  5. #5
basicly a reduced amout of chasis flex
  6. #6
    the lower makes more difference
  7. #7
    ill second that ^^^^

you probably will not physically notice a difference but the upper strut brace will help the tyres keep better contact as the camber changes on the road surface. We've done back to back tests driving the same bit of road and it was readily apparent.
  9. #9
Better to get a good stance on the car with the nose slightly lower than the rear and use top and bottom braces
  10. #10
The lower strut brace is better for firming up your car, the top is more for looks.

Thought it was something to hang your socks off whilst drying in the engine bay

On a serious note the Raceland ones aren't bad for the price just watch if they sit high and hit the sound deadening material on the inside of the bonnet - mine did and lifted the rear of the bonnet once closed, so I had to trim out the section of material (sharp knife jobbie) so that it didn't hit and the bonnet sat flush again

The raceland strut braces are made of thin alloy. Show only. More likely to bend than stiffen a chassis. They do look nice and shiny though

    OMP all the way!
