Im sure this little black box is immobiliser related. Think you will want to replace it with your original one and retry buddy

check your fuel cut off as that stops power to the starter motor via the ecu

the black box under the ecu is some sort of fuel relay from memory

im sure that black box under the ecu is an ignition relay
the immobiliser box is in the car up by the fuse box i believe

starter motor wont show up on the diagnostics neither will the black box under the ecu which is a fuel relay, i had a problem with this a couple of weeks ago and my starter went

if your pump isnt priming it could be that relay as it was causing mine not to prime, or it could be pump thats on its way

as for it not starting it could be immobiliser or starter, wont be crank sensor as that would show on diagnostics
you need to check the 2 earths on the starter and make sure there is a signal going from the ignition first, then make sure there is definatly power going to it, if there is power going there and the signal is being sent from ignition then your starter is dead, but the fatc the gearbox is loose doesnt help

just make sure everything is ok when you take it apart and put together, then go from there, but i do think the starter needs changing tbh
