washer jets

   Hi my washer jet's aint working front or rear. Any idea why. I 've cleaned the jets with a pin but still nothing. The washer bottle is full with water just topped it up. I don't think i can here the pump.
   
   [Ok thought this was fixed by changing the fuse but they have stopped working again. Ive changed the pump 2day. They still don't work any1 got a spare wiper stalk

   Nope not sure which 1 it is.

   It`ll be in the owners manual theres a diagram,also I couldn`t hear my washer pump working today plenty of fluid in the bottle just needed to warm the car up then the washers started working.

   If the fuse had gone wouldn't my wiper's not work as well as they run off the same fuse. The wiper's work fine front and back just no water through the jets

   pull out the motor from the bottle and theres a rubber bung to seal it and filter the water check that its not blocked

   You are correct,probably frozen water in the plastic piping for the washers.

    Yeah, mine stopped for ages and yesterday even the motor was making no noise. I thought i'd burnt out the motor but it finally went above freezing in the afternoon and they started working again. I guess that the water/screenwash mix had just frozen up actually in the pump as well as the pipes and bottle.
    
    Bad times when driving 50 miles a day on wet and muddy roads, not being able to see anything in front or behind

    If the pipes were frozen would the pump make any noise as mine's not making any noise at all.

    ive found that pump anna if you want to try it you can do when i thought my pump had gone i replaced it only to find out it was the stalk as the wipers would still work

    How do u no if it's the stalk and how do change them.

    well if you change the motor for a new one and it does not work then its probably the stalk mine cost me £20 to change as you have to take the steering wheel off and i have an airbag in mine

    My washers havnt worked for 5 days and there was no noise from the pump but in the last hour they must have unfrozen as they work fine now.I am filling the bottle with undiluted windscreen wash so it wont happen again

    Well that's the same 1 off europarts if I put my reg in. I will see how things r 2morra maybe the pipes will be defrosted then. Mick I will let u no if i need the pump thanks again.

    FIXED. Right had a look this morning they were not frozen. So tried the jets they didn't work. So i checked the fuse that looked ok as well but i changed it anyway and guess wot they now work. Thanks every1 4 your help.

    has the fuse blown again by any chance?
    or try replacing it anyway and see if it works or wiggle it abit maybe a dodgy part of the fuse board
    worth a try before buying anything
    seems abit funny how changing the fuse made it work abit lol
