   if you can tie your own shoes its very easy. on;y extras you need are some brackets as one with the kit you can;t use and maybe a jubile clip. other than that very straight forward.
   take off old airbox
   assemble new induction
   bolt on
   make up the bracket mounts.
   figure out how you want your breather to go ie new hose or use standard one
