#2Have you run it for a while and checked the plugs/pots again?
-
#3As above, have you checked the plugs since you cleaned them?
If they are still drenched in oil it could be a few things.
When I had an old 205 it used to burn 3l of oil a month, turned out to be piston rings were fried meaning oil was going up past the pistons into the chambers and burning with the fuel
You get lots of black smoke out of the exhaust?
Oil burning smell will be pretty obvious -
#4If theres blue smoke it will be the valve stem oil seals, but as devilsadvocate said, check piston rings

#5na i have no smoke black or white and no iv not checked the plugs since because it happened real late last night drove it bk n left it, i no my rocker cover gasket is nakered could this be a reason?
-
#6Either rocker cover leaking onto the plugs or possibley, but less likely, a badly seated plug.
I thin ka few of the guys have thought you meant oil inside the combustion chamber literally and not the spark plug well -
#7For the sake of a few quid change the rocker cover seal, clean the plugs off then take it for a run then check the plugs again.Quote:na i have no smoke black or white and no iv not checked the plugs since because it happened real late last night drove it bk n left it, i no my rocker cover gasket is nakered could this be a reason?
