indicator problem! fuse blown? relay?

   need some help here. bought the car last week, no headunit the wires had been cut and it was stolen. they are lying loose and the aeriel connector touched with them earlier which cause some sparks. next time i started the car up the indicators werent working just a loud continual beep however the hazards are still working.
   anybody got any ideas?

   check in the fuse box below the glove box should be a 10 amp fuse mate
