HID Kit for Angel Eyes

    Just wondering if anyone could tell me what sort of HID kit id need for my saxo angel eyes.

    Abit confused as the Angel eyes use H1 Bulbs, and the original headlights have the h4 fitament...

    there h1 bulbs for angels so just get h1 hids .

    but can you use these in halo/angel lights cos people say you cant so wat is the truth also whats the best ones to get

    4300k, 6000k, 8000k, 10,000k and 12,000k

    welll my mate has them in his and they ok. but i would get a 2nd oppion. i think it because hids get really hot and it worried they melt the plastic.

    4300k, 6000k ones are the best ones go for.

    I would of thought HIDs would get less hot than halogens if like LEDs?

    they do burn hotter than standard bulbs but will be fine. i wouldn't get anything above 8000k ones though as they make other road users hate you and if you get a rozzer who takes a disliking to you he can give you a fine for them as there not strictly legal.

    there is one thing i am confused about the halo lights they have 2 sets of lights in each unit so how many bolbs do you have to get

    i only up graded my driving 1s and just put some white bulbs in the high beams you can cut into the loom and have hids in both but i couldnt be arsed with it seamed like a lot of waste if it went wrong

    It is worth thinking about there legality as well as all HID bulbs that fit in place of H (H1, H4,H7...) type bulbs can not hold a E or BS mark for this application and in so are all not road legal.
