Angel eye low beam problem

   Got a problem with my low beams on my angel eyes which has been bugging me for a while...
   
   When i switch them on, the beam isnt all straight it like starts straight at the right hand side but then it it goes up on a slant
   
   Like half of the beam is shining too low, Its the same on both lights, ive taken the bulbs out and rotated them and put them back in but it doesnt make a difference. Just wondered if this is normal. Also ive adjusted the height as high as they will go.

   I believe its meant to go up at one side but not twice if that makes sense? As in the whole beam pattern of both lights should be like \__ ____ as far as I'm aware. This is because it should be low enough not to dazzle oncoming drivers but should shine upwards towards the footpath to enable you to see pedestrians and road signs etc?
