lexarse lights back to standard

Might sound really noobish but how do i do this?

Saxo I bought came with Lexus lights, I only have the rear lenses atm only 1 bayonet ( i have another on its way) so I will need to drive about with the lexus for a while ,

however I just noticed that the Lexus lights have individual plugs that connect to each bulb whereas the standards only have a single connection, do i need an adaptor of some sort? And where would i get it?

you need standard saxo bulb holders with the standard lights

I've not made it very clear i don't think.

If you take the lexus lights out, wires run from the car into each individual bulb.

Whereas in the Standard lights, on the back of them its like a little socket, where i would assume the wires from the car plug into this socket?

I have standard rears, but only one bulb holder, waiting on the other coming through the post, but i was gonna stick the ONE standard light on in the meantime, however when i took the lexus light of i realised there is 3 or 4 (cant remember) connections, whereas the standard only has one connection?

Am i just being stupid? lol

Not had a saxo for a few years and never owned lexus lights so its just annoying me

usually lexarse lights have wiring that comes with them that plugs straight into the standard socket, have you tried tracing the loom back and looking for the plug?

Yeh sounds like someone's messed with the wires. Normally they are a straight swap using the standard Loom Plug.

My icelandic came with ghey lexus' too.
Some bright spark had done a cowboy job on them and it all had to be re-wired.
I think certain makes plug straight in, however the cheaper ones need to be wired differently

Well I found the plug hidden away further up the loom so its all good,

    Cheers for the help.

Oh yeah and believe it or not I got my icelandic from a policeman! A policeman with a saxo, with lexus lights, angel eyes and holes in the parcel shelf! Brilliant!
