cant pull up door locks?

   got a saxo forte 1.1 on y plate 5 dr, the problem is the doors were locked but i cant open them back up, when i try to pull the door lock back up they feel like there stuck, my drivers door lock goes up and down fine but the other three wont budge, i don't think the car has central locking, ive never had a fob

   I had this problem on my driver door, it wont open from outside or from inside...
   
   are they frozen? (would that happen?)
   or is something jamming them.. could be first because it cant be coincedence that all the other 3 are jammin

   dont think its the weather, its starting to do my nut in, will have to take it to a garage i guess, can the door pannel be taken off with the door shut?
