   i dont suppose n e 1 can help me with my quest to get a better driving "saxperience"? i have found a short shifter at a price that made my heart stop. only thing is its for a 96-00 saxo vtr will it stilll fit my 01 plate?? as i thought they had the same linkage.. but wanted a professional opinion. many thanks.

   If it says it's for that year I wouldn't waste the cash mate but don't think they are that expensive off kam racing

   yeh but new ones come with new linkage seal and mines a bit shredded...

   linkages are pennys mate and mk1 and 2 are the same
