Important! : Overheating!!!

   does n e 1 have any ideas as to y my sax is overheating?? it happens when im in 2nd and 3rd it sits in red with light on, but not 4th and 5th, and if i stop it stays just out of red. its had a new thermostat, and it was fine till this morning.. its got plenty of antifreeze in it 2???? HELP!!

   Theres more breeze in 4th and 5th, and maybe the fan comes on when stationary? You have to tell us more. Is it leaking? Your radiator might be stuffed. Any mayonnaise?

   Pour petrol over the car, and throw a match on it! You're spelling is terrible!
   
   Check the anti freeze level, you might have more water in the cooling system then coolant.

   No leaking n e where, pipes either side of rad are both hot so not blocked, fan works fine??

    Don't know if its to do with the same thing but my heating has gone too.
    stays hot for 10 seconds and turns cold?

    Might be dodgy electrics making the gauge do daft things.

    Well I risked it and drove to sawtry (32 miles) and it didn't
    make any dodgy noises or perform n e different so I think the sensor is
    fucked.

    upon closer inspection im pretty sure it aint a sensor because the heating is 100% gone. tried bleeding didnt work?? mate said it could be water pump?? is this a possibility??

    fucking air lock wernt it!!! lol cudnt work out if it was that or a water pump. looked in service book and it had a waterpump, thermostat and cambelt kit last month so bled it 1 last time and hey presto. happy days!!
