what mm mdf would you recomend to make door cards up with?

    hi guys just a quick question to someone that HAS Made some door cards up..

    what mm would i want the mdf to make up some doorcards with.

    i was thinking about 2mm?

    what you reckon? too thin?

    some peace of mind would be great.

    I haven't done it (yet) but if/when I do it'll be done in either Ally sheet or of I don't want something metal it'll be hard-board, shiny side out. I wouldn't bother with MDF when hard-board is so much easier to work with.

    hardboard is crap thin and flex's so much could break quite easy to if you want o screw something into it
