Bushes

Ok, I've just ordered a new rear axle (gti one for disc brake upgrade) for the 106. Considering it'll be off the car anyway would anyone care to recommend whether to get uprated bushes while it is off the car?

Usually just go for kamracing products so shouldn't be an issue, but just wondering what peoples opinions were?

i would why you have it off mate

depends what the spec of the car is or what spec you want to achive.

If its just an ordinary a to b car then standards will do fine, if you are uprated all the bushes and mounts on the car and drive abit more spirited then you could get some uprated mounts.

    Two options from us

The Polysport bush is the cheapest. We do not have many of these left as we are having to move to be an exclusive Powerflex dealer

The best quality for a fast road car is the Powerflex though. Once you have got your old bushes out these are simple to fit

Well, may as well get them then Will go for the powerflex as I don't like to skimp on anything for my car!

I found powerflex to be a bit softer than the floflex ones, also they command a higher price as they are the more known brand.

To a point, whatever brand the bushes are they should easily outlast your ownership of the car.

Also a £20 saving also makes people happy in most cases
