No temperature light?

   Well just wondering if this should light up once i turn the ignition on, But it doesnt light up at all, the oil light does but the temperature doesnt, Im going to be replacing the thermostat as that is bust. But is this a problem or is it just normal?

   normal that pal, temp light will only come on when theres a problem, if everythings working as it should

   Thanks for the reply mate, so it doesnt show up as i turn ignition on? Oil light does

   thats right mate providing everything is fine youll never see that light on even when you turn ignition switch.

   oil light will come on as the system isnt pressurized until the engine is running so it shows up on sensor as low pressure but itll go out as soon as you start car or at least it should
