bad news need help

   rigth in a earlyer post i asked for the tappit setting..
   and i was given
   
   ex 0.3
   inlet 0.2
   
   is this rigth???
   
   as i had just done the tappets ready for FCS and its rattling like hell and the car sound like a scooby!!!!

   did you do it with engine warm or cool
