projector/halo help

Now I've never styled a car before and I'm new at this.
    My Car:
The car is a 2002 1.4i Furio in black with a VTS bodykit from the precious owner (and playboy license plates how manly i look driving it). other than that no mods sorry no pics as of yet.

what I was hoping that someone could help me with was my headlights, I'm going to invest in some Angel eyed head lights (black) and a HID kit, now i know i'm going to need glass lenses already on that one, but what i wanted to do was have the lo beam (the projector lens i think) glow red with a hid kit over 20000k with a blue ring I'm just bothered about the fact that this is going to seriously dull my lights as in it will look mint but will stunt how far i can see and i like to see were I'm going at night, and it shit having hi beams on constantly.

So i was wondering if anyone has any ideas how i can do this so's i can get the ball rolling, my plan was to buy the Headlights and hid kit, then a set of Projectors from the net, drill them into where the hi beam would go and use them as lo beams, then wire the hid kit into the lenses already on the headlights as planed. as you can see the problem is no more hi beams =/ not good for country roads which is the bulk of where I go.

My second plan was as above only some how move the hi beam to where the indicator would be, then move the standard lens up and fit the one i bought into the space left and use an orange strip at the bottom as indicator lights. now this ones too much work and will probs be unsave as i would have to pretty much build from scratch and i'm no good at that sorta stuff as i have proved on my PUG06. so anyone got any ideas as to if this is a possible feet or am i trying to do something that isn't going to be worth the time and effort?

here's what I'm going to buy i hope: (not these exacts ones)

If its them angel eyes then you will need H7 bulbs for the xenons, and 20k you must be crazy? 6k or 8k is recomended. Most people on the forum will say 6k as anything over 8k is asking to be puled by the police. also you will need some sort of uv type hids for angels or it will melt the lense.

yeah the whole 20k thing was just because i know after 15k you start the colours and i read somewhere that roughly 20k was red, i must have miss red, but it seems that its illegal to have red headlights (kinda obvious) so i think i'll just drop that idea.
so is 6k the brightest that you can get?

No u can go up to 12k but they are quite blue
I have had 8k on for months with no problems at all from po po

So in total your headlights would be pushing the £300 Mark seems like a waste of money to me
I would personally smoke your headlights get some high powered led for sidelights and hid hi/lo which u can get on hear for 45 really good ones
    But that's my opinion

yeah i was hitting about that like, and i think i'll go for you option like, its cheaper and will have petty much the same effect and is cheaper, might do mine when i get a bit more money rolling in though and for some reason my headlights aren't bright at all might be a fuse or wiring problem cos one of me fog lights keeps going off too, bought some new xenon's cost a canny bit and they went straight away its the second time. you think the fact me head lights are dim now will effect the HID kit?
