Service Intervals

   As i have lost my Handbook for the vts, Just wondering how often a mk1 vts should be serviced, and also what mileage is the Timing Belt due to be changed?

   72k for the cambelt
   
   Oil+ filter every 9-10k
   spark plugs, air filter, fuel filter, brake fluid, auxillary drive belt replacement every 40k
   Coolant renewal 80k
   
   (from the haynes manual, and my service book)

   ah brilliant on 109k at the moment, so i got at least another 30k for the cambelt to be done, Should really do oil and filter, and then renew coolant when i get round to replacing the radiator

   In the book, the page for 108k is everything apart from the cambelt and coolant

   I personally do oil and filter every 6000 miles on all my cars as it helps to lengthen engine life considerably
