gear knob

    right done a search for how to remove it and that is done. But there is a black sleave under the knob is this the same as the white one that everyone talks about and is cutting it the only way to remove it?

    yes its the same as the white ones there moulded onto the shaft from factory so the only way to remove them is to cut them. the shaft can easily be threaded with a m12 die set to give you a threaded shaft so you have more choice on what ger knob to use.
