   hie i was thinkin of a 106 gti rear on my mk1 vtr,
   just wondering if any1 has done this before and also if there are any modifications to b done..

   rear boot plus rear light sorted think bumper need a bit of work

   nope not that easy. you need new boot lid new bumper new lights and need to take the original boot rear panel and replace with the 106 one a lot of hard work needed not much point really.

   +1 on that, myself and luke tried it as a mock up in an idle moment, then put everything away again. not worth the effort and if you get it wrong,it'll look a wonky abortion

   thats fair anoth i surpose they made the rear pannel different so that the pugs and saxo wernt to alike
