Hi all
Anybody on here got any tips on removing an alternator pulley(without sawing the nut off)?
Cheers.

Impact gun, or use a chisel on the nut to undo it with shock.

I would take your alternator to a local garage who have an impact gun - will save you a lot of hassle.

A vice might also work, but use wood to avoid squashing the pulley.
