Manifold Advice

Already got decent induction kit, decatted and magnex back box. Was thinking about a 4-2-1 manifold. Will thier be much of an improvement ? also how much am i talking aprox, to get it fitted by a garage. do i only need to buy the manifold and basically take it in and say "fit this please" or does it require other stuff ? i found the below manifold on ebay. is it suitable...

Firstly good choice of manifold, I had one of them on my VTR and felt a nice difference in acceleration.

When fitting the manifold I would change the gasket as well. The garage should be able to order you one in and it shouldn’t cost much. And about £50 to fit.

personally i'd go for a 4-1, the vtr has decent low down torque and needs improved further up ie where the standard manifold is restricitve.
