basically, i had my sump gasket go and it pis*ed oil out everywhere (been stood for about 5 days now); so today, i removed the oil, took the sump off (which someone has used silicone as a gasket), cleaned it both sides, new gasket, sealed, new oil, new oil filter. Decided to clean out the rad. Used wyn's rad flush as stated on the bottle, removed all the pipes to the rad apart from the bottom one as its a tw*t to get off. Cleaned the rad, pipes etc. Took the the (thermostat?) housing off, (thermostat?) out, cleaned them and put them back in with the rubber seal first then the (thermostat?) in after, housing back on and tightened.
Took the car out for a run for about a mile, and the temp light comes on, got it back and the bottom on the (thermostat?) housing is dripping, rad is trying to pust the expansion tank cap off theres that much pressure and the fan is working overtime...
    Any ideas? Cheers
(thermostat?) means im not sure if its the right bit

You need to bleed the cooling system probable air lock have a search for the guide mate. The rocker cover & oil filler cap look good btw.

Best thing to do is check the heat of your coolant pipes, mine had an air lock and the bottom radiator pipe was cold but the top pipe was hot.(best indicatation of air lock or pipe blockage in my opinion) If you have already bled the system i would get thermostat or the pump checked.
