VTR dials in a 1.1

  1. #1
Will the vtr speedo/dial's fit the mk1 1999 1.1 using the guide off here?
I want to fit it to get the rev counter, but i think the 1.1 speedo goes up to 110 + the vtr dial's go up to 130/140.
Will the speedo give the wrong reading?
Before anyone says its not worth doing anything to a 1.1, im doing it up for the missus for when she passes her test!
    Thanks in advance

i wouldn't spend anything on 1.1 mate as it not worth it. obv speakers and stuff would be ok . but no mods to engine.
yes I'm guessing the speedo would give out the wrong speed.(irc)

If it's any help, my dials go up to 140 and i have a 1.1, and the reading is spot on.

Just changed mine and the speedo is fine, still the same struggle for the dial to go over 100 You will need to do the temperature guage and revs like me, but I'm abit wary of doing it myself lol
