could be the bearings on top of the shock, or could e a spring on it's way out, I'd personally suspect the bearings and have them replaced also have the springs looked at

Sounds like your inner driveshaft cv joint is worn.

Ive recently had the same problem with my furio and after doing alot of research and checking the car, it turns out my CV Boot rubber has a split in it. Ive bought the CV Boot Rubber from ebay and will get a garage to change it for me. If this goes again soon after being fitted say a few months then that means the CV Joint itself has gone and I will have to buy a drive shaft for it. I have already found the best prices for these item and they are both on ebay the item numbers are as follows:

    2 x CV Boot Rubber Kit - Item Number : 130462068073
Driveshaft for nearside (they also do offside and various models ) - Item Number 230531347586

I hope this helps a bit more as I like to do my research rather than getting ripped off by a garage.
