#2could be the bearings on top of the shock, or could e a spring on it's way out, I'd personally suspect the bearings and have them replaced also have the springs looked at
-
#3ok thanks for the info are these expensive to replace
-
#4for mine i got them with the car happily
searching on gsf website showed £9.90 + vat each

#5Isit just once?!
Could be your cv boot -
#6Sounds like your inner driveshaft cv joint is worn.

#7Yeh it might be the cv joints that are away. Was on mine when this happened
-
#8Sounds like a driveshaft to me too
-
#9yeh it is just the once when u turn then again when u turn back ow dear driveshafts sound expensive the cars done 85000 miles if that helps
-
#10cv boot, mines on its way out, made the occasional sound like that but not all the time, odd sound but turned out need a new cv boot ^^ just waiting untill i can be arsed to get it done, not really driving the car much atm.

#11sounds like driveshaft to me ... i got mine for 15quid from the scrapyard, just make sure the cv boot on the shaft hasnt split

#12Ive recently had the same problem with my furio and after doing alot of research and checking the car, it turns out my CV Boot rubber has a split in it. Ive bought the CV Boot Rubber from ebay and will get a garage to change it for me. If this goes again soon after being fitted say a few months then that means the CV Joint itself has gone and I will have to buy a drive shaft for it. I have already found the best prices for these item and they are both on ebay the item numbers are as follows:
2 x CV Boot Rubber Kit - Item Number : 130462068073
Driveshaft for nearside (they also do offside and various models ) - Item Number 230531347586
I hope this helps a bit more as I like to do my research rather than getting ripped off by a garage. -
#14driveshafts, dunno if you can buy the cv joint? easier with a drive shaft anyway , 50 pound from dingbro!
