hey, i have a problem with getting into my mk1 vtr, i have lost the keys... well, my gf lost the keys while tidying up and havnt seen them since (2 weeks ago). now i know i said i ahd a problem getting in, thats not 100% true, i know plenty of ways to get in without a key so im not too worried about that, its just the fact i dont really fancy having to do it every time. i was just wondering of any good sites where i can get a whole replacement set, for ignition and locks all to use same key, which is set up for my remote central locking.

Try ebay there's loads of saxo's being stripped. Or pm sexy gt on here im sure he'll have a set for sale. If your changing all the locks, I believe you'll have to change the ecu aswell m8.

i have unlocked ecu mate for sale might have a buyer tomorow for 90 quid tho.

how the fuck did she loose the keys ??

lol was a 'spring clean' they are in the house somewhere, but i been searchin for 2 weeks, is there any way i can get new keys without original, maybe take a mould of the barrel? Im not too keen on changing the ecu at the moment. the only oyher suggestions ive had are keep looking lol. its off the road at moment so no rush, but i just been given a 4 channel dual bridgeable amp and some 19mm wheel spacers that i want to get on, and my tools are in the car (under back seat, for emergencies. guess i wont be doind that again in a hurry lol) and obviously its been winter, so i can guarantee the battery is dead. its just all a bit mad i cant find the bloody keys in my own house

Providing the car is still fitted with the locks and ignition barrel it had from new, any Citroen dealer will be able to cut you a key from its chassis number.

If you take a lock out + take it to a locksmith the will make a key up for the lock, but it wont work the ignition.

problem sorted everyone, was clearin out wardrobe in my 2nd master bdroom, heard a slight jingle, and found the keys in my gf's furry winter boots lol
