Exhaust Raspiness?

   Is it the Back Box that determines the raspiness noise of an exhaust?
   
   My VTS has a Full straight thru exhaust system which i would love to be more Raspyer Would i have to change Back Box?

   whack a supersprint 2" backbox on it mate and be raspy as foook.
   maybe even the saxport, as have heard these are very good, very raspy too

   kam racing, supersprint or a saxsport.
   
   my kam back box is raspy. very good exhaust.

   Pipers are nice and raspy too, only a straight through system though !

   +1000, they sound epic when straight through on 16v's. I used to love mine
