manifold problem

    just washed my car and thought ad check all is well under the hood, but noticed a small crack in manifold is this a must change asap, is this gonna effect anything else??

    It will probably make a ticking sound, it'll leak fumes through your vents into your car.

    How big is the crack? Not a quick fix but I'd do it when you can...

    not exaxctly hard or expensive to replace a manifold, as above,depends how big the crack is on how big a problem it is. Can affect fuel consumption also and emissions as lambda sensor will be getting an incorrect reading

    ad say the cracks about 2 inch long, a have noticed fuel consumption gone up recently, my cars a westy will i need exact replacement or will others go on?

    mandyslover70 that sounds good to me a was talking to ya on ebay other day bout the vts interior and sideskirt hoping to get down your place this weekend or nxt at latest to buy interior if a cnt get down this weekend al get manifold of ya in post will sort that friday when get paid
