brought a raceland enclosed induction kit with the green filter of kam racing but cant seem to get it to fit properly at all :/ . I drive a MK2 VTR and the brackets are shoddy so if anyone can help me i will be greatly appreciated, with as much explaining as possible as trying to get it to fit with a really good flush fit. thank you all

#2What i did with mine, was the front two holes near the slam panel, instead of putting a bolt through them at either side i put a cable tie through, and cable tied it to the standard holes in the slampanel.

#3makes sense mate but im going to want to start showing the engine mods soon as coming along and want it to look at its best mate, so as long as it dont look a bodge and is fitting extremely flush i will be happy mate

#5Everyone has this problem. For some reason Raceland didnt design them to fit?
Make a custom bracket would be your best bet for keeping it tidy -

#8supposed to be good, got one with the green air filter which cost me £116, does look snazzy and gives the best increase as forces air in but is such an arse to fit, if could get help or whatever we can help the other members with the same problem and be so much better

I just used cable tie job to but I think ashw106rallye has a custom bracket on his pm him -

#13well seems to be to get a good fit as miles away from the front of the car and that, just wish it could be easier fit and just need some help and ideas of how to make it good, will have to pm him, thanks mate

#14cable tied mine. its an arse of a job as the engine moves, but the slam panel doesn't. add the 2 together and it soon loosens/snaps bits

#17anyone got any photos of brackets or sites where I can get brackets to give pucka fit? as I cabletied mine and its now knocking on the slam panel which is getting on my tits lol, any ideas will be greatly appreciated
