dimmer switch for dials, dull lights.

   does every saxo come with a dimmer for the dials because my saxo w reg mk2 vtr has a blanker where its suppose to be, so will the wiring for it be behind it?
   
   or is their another way you can brighten the dials, because mine at the moment are very dim.

   Right hand stick on the dials while engine is running.
   
   Press it in, each press changes it, goes brighter and then duller.

   mine is a little twisty thing right hand side under dash
