Bonnet cable broken help !

I've snapped the bonnet cable on my mk2 Saxo vts how do I get into it without the cable

wheres it snapped? handle end or bonnet end?

depends where its snapped, as the only other way of getting to the catch is through the grille!

edit: so nobody can rob the engine

only way i would say is get a metal coat hanger and send it through the bottom grille upto the front bud.

i want to nick a saxo how do i open the bonnet without the keys lol

i think it the handle end im not to sure. i went to check my oil and the handle was jus all loose so assuming that.

if u can still see the cable from inside the car, try pulling it with a pair of pliers, if this doesnt work. try the above ^^^^ (metal coat hanger)

ended up taking the front bumper off as was a bastard to get to the latch
