manifold stud nuts/high temperature silcone sealant

   where can i get a new set of manifold studs? for my saxo vtr?
   
   alos ive been told to get some high temp sealer for the port of the manifold before i put the gasket on if this is correct where can i get this is there a name of the brand you use?

   didn't think you'd need to seal it. gasket is a seal
   
   as for studs, citroens your best bet

   Dont need sealant on the head to flange face.
   If you have to use something to get a seal then exhaust paste will do the job.
   Plenty of suppliers on ebay selling m8 manifold nuts cheaper than citroen

   copper manifold nuts = 13p each from clitroen
   
   and m8 studs from ebay = 1.99

   If you are using the proper gaskets then you dont need any sealer
