    Hi,

I no it is a dumb question but its just one of them things.

I put something infront of my speedo so i dont lose it and i forgot there was a little gap in between it so it fell down the gap do you no if there is anyway i would be able to get it back without taking the dash to peices?

    Thanks

Above the pedals is a flap of carpet, hooks on between the break and accelerator pedal.

Pull that down, poke your hand around in the dash that way.

If you cant find it, then you'll have to take the panel below the steering column off.

it was a smale J from a necklace because it was so small i though i would end up losing it so i though that would be the best place to put it

It the steering wheel bolt that holds it on a torx/t50?

Try running your hand up the back first mate, if it's that small you might've been lucky enough for it to drop through.

Yes T50 for the steering wheel although you can take off the stalk shrouds top and bottom without taking the wheel off.

There's two torx screws underneath that hold the two parts together - take the screws out and take the two halves of the shroud off - my money is that your "J" is sitting on the upper mount just below the dials - removing the upper shroud exposes this area no need to take the wheel off - good luck

Undo the uppe & lower shrouds take them off, then theres 3 bolts under the the steering column take these off drop the steering column down then you can access the instrument cluster screws.

if you're patient you can do it without dropping the column as well
